Nature of Our Products
Wholesale Pallet Store specializes in the sale of liquidation pallets, overstock merchandise, shelf pulls, customer returns, open-box items, and other bulk wholesale inventory. Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, products may vary in condition, quantity, packaging, and assortment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description, all pallets are sold AS IS and WHERE IS.
All Sales Are Final
Because of the wholesale and liquidation nature of our business, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect purchasing decisions
Customer expectations regarding specific brands, models, colors, or product mix
Minor cosmetic imperfections
Missing retail packaging
Variations in inventory manifests
Customer returns or shelf-pull merchandise sold as described
Please carefully review all product descriptions before completing your purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
You received the wrong pallet due to our shipping error.
Your order arrived with significant shipping damage that is documented upon delivery.
You received merchandise substantially different from the product ordered.
Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:
Your order number
Photos of the pallet and packaging
Photos of any damaged merchandise
A detailed description of the issue
Return requests submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.
Refund Eligibility
If a return request is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:
The resolution will depend on the specific circumstances of the order.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Opened, sorted, or partially resold pallets
Products purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”
Customer dissatisfaction with product assortment
Normal wear consistent with customer returns or shelf pulls
Minor manufacturer packaging damage
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your pallet arrives visibly damaged:
Note the damage with the freight carrier before signing.
Take clear photographs of the pallet and packaging.
Notify Wholesale Pallet Store within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect your claim eligibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered processing, warehouse fulfillment, or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved cancellations may be subject to payment processing or administrative fees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by Wholesale Pallet Store.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Our customer service team is committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks on properly delivered orders may delay or affect future purchasing privileges.
